Terms & Conditions

  1. Service Agreement Majestic Truck lines agrees to ship vehicles as specified in the provided quotation around the requested dates. We may appoint a reliable carrier/agent to fulfill this agreement’s terms and conditions. Majestic Truck lines or its agents cannot guarantee exact pickup or delivery dates.
  2. Bill of Lading and Carrier Terms The order is subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier’s bill of lading. Copies are available upon request from our office or electronically.
  3. Carrier Responsibility The carrier is responsible for the vehicle from the moment the shipper or their agent signs the bill of lading at pickup until it is signed upon delivery. If the shipper is unavailable for pickup or delivery, Majestic Truck lines must be notified, and an alternate agent designated.
  4. Order Submission By submitting your order online, by fax, or by email, you accept the terms and conditions set forth herein and on Majestic Truck lines’ website.
  5. Payment Terms All vehicles must be paid in full upon receipt of the order to secure a spot on the designated carrier. Specific payment methods may be required for any balance due upon delivery. Non-payment or shipper unavailability may result in the vehicle being taken to a nearby terminal, with applicable storage and/or redelivery fees.
  6. Carrier Assignment Majestic Truck lines does not guarantee transport by any specific driver/carrier. The primary insurance for your vehicle is provided by the assigned carrier.
  7. Inoperable Vehicles Additional fees and assistance may be required for loading and unloading inoperable vehicles.
  8. Shipper Conduct Majestic Truck lines reserves the right to cancel any shipment due to inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards its employees. Cancellations under these circumstances may lead to the vehicle being taken to a nearby terminal at the shipper’s expense.
  9. Limitation of Liability Majestic Truck lines or its agents are not responsible for vandalism, acts of God, or objects flying from the road during transport. Shippers are encouraged to maintain their insurance for these reasons.
  10. Vehicle Preparation Shippers are responsible for preparing vehicles for transport. Secure or remove loose parts and accessories. Majestic Trucklines is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  11. Third-Party Carriers If Majestic Truck lines assigns the order to a third-party carrier, we are not liable for any incidents or damages once the vehicle is in their possession.
  12. Damage Claims In case of damage, all transport fees must be paid to initiate a claim. Damages should be noted on the bill of lading and signed by both the driver and shipper. Majestic Truck lines must be notified of any damages at delivery with a proper description and clear pictures.
  13. Jurisdiction Any claims or controversies arising from this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the location of Majestic Truck lines’ primary office. Our liability is limited to the amount of the deposit on your quotation.
  14. Service Changes Majestic Truck lines reserves the right to modify any service, content, or features at any time without notice.
  15. Non-Disparagement Customers agree to refrain from any actions that might damage the reputation of Majestic Truck lines or lead to unwanted or unfavorable publicity. This includes avoiding public criticism or defamatory remarks about Majestic Trucklines, its policies, or employees.
  16. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Customers acknowledge that business information, documents, or intellectual property shared during service are confidential and proprietary to Majestic Truck lines. Unauthorized use or disclosure of this information is strictly prohibited.
  17. Governing Laws These terms and conditions and the use of Majestic Trucklines’ services are governed by the laws of the province or state where Majestic Trucklines is headquartered.
  18. Exclusion of Wrapped Vehicles from Insurance Coverage  Majestic Trucklines’ insurance policy does not cover wrapped vehicles. Shippers with wrapped vehicles should obtain additional insurance. Majestic Truck lines is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle wrap during transport, including peeling, cracking, fading, or tearing.
  19. Local deliveries: Under certain conditions majestic reserves the right to drive vehicle to city radius . (damage due to rock chips or damage considered as act of GOD, dust and debris will not be covered)
  20. Insurance: Any vehicle that is stored at our storage Facility in any province doesn’t provide insurance(we are not liable),customer must have their own insurance. We are only liable while vehicle in transit only.
